一九四二年，中国守军在日寇的大举进攻下作战略撤退，以于刚为队长的八路军武工队，挺进沦陷区，引领令珞丹的特遣队，一起袭击鬼子的运输列车，炸毁鬼子的弹药库，保护交通要道。武工队打入城内，救出被关押的中国人。鬼子控制了战略要地大峡谷，收买了当地的头面人物，阴谋取得觊觎已久的珍贵珠宝文物。武工队和特遣队以民族大义为重，经耐心细致的思想工作，激发了百姓们的抗日热情，动员百姓团结一致抗击敌人，保卫自己的家园。经过持续努力，沦陷区抗日力量日益壮大，军民一致行动，使日本鬼子逐渐陷入被动，敌占区成了被包围的孤岛。武工队和特遣队作为先头部队掌握了鬼子的军事部署和动向，扫清了障碍。我军适时地发起了总攻，攻克了城池，收复了失地。。Tin Men is one of my favorite movies of all time. The thing that always strikes me whenever I watch this movie is that while the characters of Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito are seemingly feuding non-stop throughout the movie, in reality they are actually kindred spirits. It's like they see themselves in the other but don't really like what they see. Barbara Hershey is great...。
