在加洲沙漠深处的一个警察局，警察带回一个流浪者，流浪者拒绝说话，甚至不愿说出他的名字，他身上没有任何身份证明，只有一些零钱，一张报道当地一个警察英勇事迹的破旧剪报和一瓶药丸。警察以为他有精神问题，召来一个医生，医生鉴别出药丸是给透视人抑制他们透视能力的药物。但是，这个新囚犯用他的透视能力控制了警察的思想并杀死了他们。透视人开着巡逻车逃离。当警官萨姆获知这件事，他马上知道火车上的尸体是谁干的。他开始全面的攻击以捕捉这个无法无天的透视人。。If ghosts can think and remember who they are, then the physical brain is not the only place where we store our inner selves.
